The Partners David Clark
About usOn 30 September 2001, the partnership of McCusker and Harmer was acquired by David Clark and Peta Whyte. The firm changed its name to Clark Whyte. David had been a partner in McCusker and Harmer for 16 years. During that period David was responsible for overseeing all of the conveyancing matters of the firm and in particular providing legal advice to the various lender clients of the firm. On 20 January 2003 Michael Salmon joined Clark Whyte as a partner, having previously been a partner in Phillips Fox Perth office for 5 years and his own practise, Majteles & Salmon for a period of 12 years. Clark Whyte has merged our residential mortgage practice (both new mortgages and discharges) with a National Law Firm, Mortgage Settlements Australia. This part of the practice is conducted under the banner Mortgage Settlements Australia (WA).
